See our space (virtually, or physically)

Parent volunteers greet kids individually as they hang up their backpack. Every child gets to organize their space and get settled before joining Circle Time.

Where we gather together to start the day with Circle Time, and share music and stories. Home to our big interactive wall calendar, which we use to track dates, holidays, and weather.

We’re serious about our dough (and it’s all homemade). Cut it, roll it, mold it, squeeze it.

Create anything your brain can imagine with blocks, vehicles, and figurines. The tool bench is right there if you need a hammer or tape measure.

A space for dramatic play – kids are always ‘baking’ and serving ‘meals’ for each other.

Try on a different persona — or three — for the day.

Create a family portrait, or an apple-stamp painting. Our teacher curates crafts, media, and painting prompts based on each week’s seasonal theme. 

Comfy space to read or take a break. Lots of beloved picture books. Posters on the wall help identify feelings and ways to regulate through breathing.

Our table is DIY, filled with corn, rice, etc. An option for those needing to touch, squeeze, and sift. 

Our teacher sets out special activities connected to our weekly theme — like peeling apples and making our own applesauce, or making centerpieces for our Thanksgiving celebration.

Pull up a chair and write, trace, cut and paste. Aimed at developing literacy and fine motor skills. There envelopes if you want to send a letter!

Magnets, magnifying glasses, magnet tiles, marble works, etc. Grab a bin and spread out on the carpet.

Lots of tactile puzzles, pattern matching, and counting games to learn letters, shapes, and numbers.

Where kids make bracelets with translucent gem beads and pipe cleaners, or other crafts involving fine-motor movements.

We end each day with gross motor play. Our private outdoor playground is fenced in and provides options beyond just climbing and sports, like sandbox and dramatic play.
